Any delay in providing required materials or approvals may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information and must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content, images, logos, videos, documents or other materials supplied to V4 Services.
V4 Services shall not be responsible for copyright or intellectual-property claims arising from materials supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final content and materials provided for publication.
Customers should ensure that their products, services, claims and promotional material comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer-provided content remains the property of the customer.
The ownership and usage rights of custom-developed designs, source code, graphics, content or other project materials may depend on the specific service agreement between V4 Services and the customer.
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock images, themes and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
